YOU have the final responsibility for determining the suitability of any of our products for your project.
Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns for credit or exchange of working units will be accepted after 10 days of the original invoice date.
All items that are returned to Diverse Electronic Services for refund, credit or exchange, must be in original packaging and in like - new condition. They will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).
You must contact Diverse Electronic Services for return authorization before shipment. All requests for return authorizations are handled on a case by case basis. If an item is shipped back, prior to contacting Diverse Electronic Services for authorization, it will be refused or sent back at your expense.
Freight associated with returns, for any reason, is strictly the responsibility of the sender. Freight paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. If items were shipped with free freight because your order was over $200, the actual cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Products that are returned to Diverse Electronic Services that do not qualify for a credit or refund will be returned to you at your expense.
If any item is returned for credit or exchange and has been used in any way, including trouble-shooting purposes, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Warranty Policy
DES provides a 30 Day limited* exchange warranty on all items manufactured by DES. This warranty does not apply if you damage the part. We will exchange the part if it is NOT physically damaged but has quit working.
On items not manufactured by DES, we offer a 30 day exchange warranty if it is NOT physically damaged but has quit working.
On items not manufactured by DES, if it is physically damaged, or after 30 days, you should contact the manufacturer for warranty service under their policy (usually 1 year). We will provide you with contact and phone number information if it is not included with the documentation you receive with the equipment.

Limited Warranty: The warranty is at our discretion and only applies to an exchange for the same part.
